SmartBoardAX Overview
Microsoft DynamicsTM AX is phenomenal at collecting, exchanging and presenting data. However, many users are now inundated and overwhelmed. The current challenge is to distill, prioritize
and present role based information in a manner quickly absorbed that provokes action.
SmartBoardAX cuts through the clutter. SmartBoardAX provides Dynamics AX users with a roll-based dashboard. The dashboard can contain key performance indicators, analytics, notifications, and quick action links to key reports and screens. This role-based functionality allows you to have much quicker access to information. Data and reports are now right at your fingertips.
Key performance indicators, tailored to an individual's role, can be displayed within a portlet on the SmartBoardAX dashboard. Graphics that provide "at a glance" metrics of individual, departmental or organizational status can also be displayed.
Another key feature of SmartBoardAX is the Notification capability, which alerts you to unusual events that require immediate attention, i.e. a key customer exceeding their credit limit. Simply click on the alert and get the full details of the event.
Quick-action links give employees direct access to commonly used screens, reports, and applications. These links are a great time saver for the occasional user. There is no trial and error to get to the information desired. Just click the quick-action link!
